The atmosphere at The Fountain Spa is warm and inclusive. There's an activity for everyone whether it be in our 20-metre pool, gym, spa bath, sauna, steam room, or tennis court. For your comfort if there is anything you're unfamiliar with, our trained team will guide you through.

Access to all facilities is free to all hotel residents. (Age Restrictions Apply)

Membership packages are available to non residents, including our well priced ‘off peak’ package allowing access to all the facilities when the club has its quieter moments.

The Balcony Health & Beauty Spa is open to hotel residents, leisure club members and the general public. We offer a full selection of treatments as well as packages if you and your friends need a little ‘me’ time.

We are very much a family hotel and as such we actively promote our leisure club as one of the attractions to families staying with us. There are restrictions on children’s use of the facilities, both in what facilities can be used and at what times. As we do not have a full time lifeguard there are strict child supervision conditions that need to be adhered to. If you are a family planning a trip to the hotel it may be helpful to contact the spa management in advance to avoid any confusion or disappointment.
